2025 Restaurant Awards

Restaurants across the world have stepped up the pace to meet consumer demand for creative, out-of-the-box fine dining experiences—with wine lists to match. This year, more than 3,800 restaurants from around the globe earned Wine Spectator awards, including three that received Grand Awards, for their unmatched commitment to food and wine. In this issue, we are thrilled to honor their distinctive styles, enticing menus and stellar wine lists.

Plus, a posthumous profile on the legacy of wine-loving chef Charlie Trotter, tasting reports on Provençal rosé and California Zinfandel, a spotlight on Txakoli from Spain and more.
